The hotel property is very beautiful and well kept on the surroundings. The swimming area is good, not wonderful. Breakfast just average, comparing to any 3 stars brazilian standard hotel, for the price you pay it could be much better. The Standard rooms are cheap, no wardrobe, no ambiance, hardly any furniture, not even a comfortable chair. it could be side by side with a cheap popular hotel in the USA. But, all these did not bother me as much as their awful costumer services, miscommunication and misinformation. Here is what happened to me: I had made a reservation online for 4 people in 2 rooms sometime ago. Later I decided to also bring my 13 years old nephew so, I called the hotel reservation on 11/30/21 to find out how much more they would charge to add him. The reservation person told me that it would add 376.57 BR, and that I could call the hotel just before our stay to confirm and pay at the check in. I was okay with that. Then I called the reservation a night before our stay on 12/18/21 just to confirm the addiction of my nephew. The reservation person gave me then a different value at that time, they said it was going to be 462.09 BR. I asked her why’s that? Only then she said that the hotel prices change every couple of weeks, which they did not inform me when I first called. I tried to understand this non sense but decided to try to talk to people during the check in the next day. Once I was at the hotel doing the check in the next day, I tried talking to a person by the front desk, I explained about my previous conversation with costumer services and the previous price they have given to me, just to be interrogated by this man, called Delmar Resque. He asked me if I had any proof of what was told me, I only could show my notes and told him that I had sent a message to my sister letting her know how much was going to be the addition, based on the price they had given me first. This man basically made me feel like I was lying, and made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other people. I asked him if he spoke English, to try to have my husband, which is an American, as part of the conversation. He said he didn’t speak English. In summary, I had to pay even more than what they have told me the night before. Instead of 462.09 BR they charged me 466.98 BR and I got no apology for this terrible misinformation. On a different note: I had reserved a wheel chair for my elderly mother. We got the chair as we checked in and got no further instructions about it. So, as we where passing by the reception back from the pools with my mother on the chair, the same gentleman, Delmar Resque basically lectured me for keeping a chair too long and said he had two more people awaiting to use it. Again, I WAS NOT informed that other people would have been waiting for this chair. I was disgusted and sick of this rude and unprofessional person that had no sensibility, nor politeness to talk to an international costumer th
